1. Delivery Methods
We utilize specialized tilt-bed trailers or flatbed trucks for delivery:
Tilt-Bed Delivery: The trailer tilts back, and the container slides off the rear. This is the most common method.
Flatbed/Crane Delivery: Requires the customer to have a crane or forklift on-site to lift the container off the truck.
2. Site Preparation & Requirements
The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site is ready. Please ensure:
Space: A 20ft container requires approximately 60 feet of straight-line clearance. A 40ft container requires 100–120 feet.
Surface: The ground must be level, dry, and firm (concrete, gravel, or hard-packed dirt). We are not responsible for trucks getting stuck on soft grass or mud.
Obstructions: Ensure there are no low-hanging wires, tree branches, or narrow gates blocking the path.
3. Inspection Upon Delivery
You must be present at the time of delivery. Before the driver leaves, you are required to inspect the container for:
Structural integrity and door functionality.
Any discrepancies between the ordered grade and the delivered unit.
Any new damage caused during transit.
Note: Any issues must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before the driver departs.
4. Delivery Scheduling
Once your order is processed, our logistics team will contact you to coordinate a delivery window. While we strive to meet all scheduled times, delivery dates are subject to weather conditions, traffic, and driver availability.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a driver arrives at the scheduled time and cannot complete the delivery due to site unreadiness, insufficient space, or the customer’s absence, a re-delivery fee will be charged. This fee is based on the distance and driver’s time.
6. Change of Delivery Address
Changes to the delivery address must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Changes made after this window may result in additional logistics fees.
Due to the nature of our products, all container sales are final once delivered.
However, we guarantee product condition as described. If there is an issue, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
